Checks are a pattern I have known some men to be afraid of wearing. Perhaps because they worry that they cannot possibly look good in them, or simply don’t know how to wear them. I personally love patterns – they add an edge to your overall look. Checks can be tricky but the idea is keep the colours very simple, and ensure you get the right fit from neck all the way down to your feet. Here are three different ways how I would style myself whether I buy one in the form of a blazer jacket, jeans or shirt:
1.
Check blazer by TOPMAN, shirt by TOPMAN, skinny tie by RIVER ISLAND, skinny jeans by TOPMAN, shoes by CONVERSE.
2.
Navy double breasted jacket by RIVER ISLAND, white t-shirt by TOPMAN, check skinny jeans by TOPMAN, shoes by Converse.
3.
For the last one, I decided to do put up a photo showing how a simply check shirt can make an outfit look interesting by wearing it over a t-shirt and under an every day leather jacket. Simple yet quite effective. I am a big fan of checks. Embrace them.
