One evening a fortnight ago marked the celebrity-packed launch party of Juicy Couture’s new fragrance Viva La Juicy Noir at the ostentatiously rich and luxurious private members club Home House. The setting inside the venue was intimate and visually stunning, with one wall decked out entirely in flowers, real flowers I should add, where guests had their photos taken and printed out. All the rooms glowed in pink to match the colour of the bottle of the fragrance, and lovely ladies in leopard jumpsuits were busy handing samples of the scent. Top notes includes wild berries and sparkling mandarin, building up to lush honeysuckle, gardenia petals and feminine jasmin. The base is made up of amber, caramel and creamy vanilla with a slight touch of sandalwood. The bottle looks lavish in its bold pink metallic bottle and beautiful black satin bow.
Familiar faces at the party included Becky Tong, Amber Le Bon, Zara Martin, Lilah Parsons, Katie Readman, Sarah-Jane Crawford, Zoe Hardman and Florence Brudenell-Bruce.
It was a special night was for noir!
Viva La Juicy Noir (Eau de Parfum) will be available to buy near the end of July 2013. Price: 30ml for £35, 50ml for £47 and 100ml for £63.
