Relaxation at No.11 in Knightbridge

There is a brand new address I have added to my favourites list in my notebook and it is address of No.11, in Knightbridge. A few days ago I was treated out to an Afternoon Tea by two wonderful PR ladies at Halpern. They gave me a personal tour around Duke of York Square near Sloane Square, and it turned out to be an afternoon of fun and relaxation.

No.11 is quite grand inside with jaw-dropping interiors and antique furnitures. You instantly feel like you are inside a mansion belonging to a very wealthy, old school type multi-millionaire. The staff are extremely polite and receptive to your needs. I ordered something that was not on the menu and a gentlemanly staff member made it especially for me, without any reservations. I had enjoyed Afternoon Tea chatting away with the PR ladies, discussing life, holidays, shopping and politics. We were inside a gorgeous living room filled with books on bookshelves, daily newspapers, comfy sofas and TV. It all felt very cosy as live coverage of the Olympics was shown on the television.

As someone who frequently visits Sloane Square to shop at Duke of York Square, this is going to be my one-stop place to unwind. The best bit is that the prices are all very affordable – with most drinks costing less than £10. I now have a new place to love!

No.11 can be found at 11 Cadogan Gardens, SW3. Nearest tube station is Sloane Square and it is just 4 minutes away by foot.

I love that drinks under £10 is a bargain in London… I keep being surprised by how cheap things are back at home! It makes me realise a cup of coffee really should be around £2 to £3…

I really like the look of this place. It’s not too stuffy and still very welcoming. Good price considering where it is. I have been to Sloane Square a few times, and would definitely consider stopping off here on my next visit.

I was pleasantly surprised to find how relaxed the atmosphere was – not even remotely stuffy. Let me know what you think if you go there. :]

Yeah, we are used to paying exorbitant prices in London, especially in the West End. Yet it the bars are still filled with customers willing to pay such prices. You are lucky you get get them so cheap! And students in the north are even luckier since they can buy drinks for £1.50 – £2!
