PHOTOS + VIDEO: Ed Westwick, Felicity Jones & Tamsin Egerton at the London Premiere of Chalet Girl

If there is one man who can sell suits simply by being seen in them, it’s Ed Westwick aka Chuck Bass from the programme so many of us around the world life, Gossip Girl. Having watched him since the very first episode aired back in 2007 (boy, has it been that long?), I am a big fan. Women love Chuck, men admire him – who doesn’t want to be in Ed’s shoes? When I recently heard he was in London to make a public appearance for the world premiere of Chalet Girl at Westfield, I knew it was too good an opportunity to miss – even at the risk of getting my eardrums burst by screaming girls (and they were mighty loud). I have also been meaning to meet the very beautiful Tamsin Egerton ever since seeing her in ES magazine many years ago.

Here is a high definition video I made of Ed Westwick, Tamsin Egerton and Felicity Jones:

What I found particularly interesting was how much Ed Westwick mirrored his on-screen character Chuck B – from his body language, facial expressions and he even spoke in that same slow, calm yet cool manner. Many times when you see interviews with the actors, they come across a great deal different from the characters they portray. Some of them smile more, some of them smile less. Some actors even seem more intimidating.

In between taking photos with my phone and making a video, I met Tamsin Egerton and then took these photos with my digital camera. She is extremely pretty in person – those eyes are incredible.

I thought about finishing this post with the famous Gossip Girl trademark, “XOXO” but yeah, that would just be wrong for a straight guy. Just joking.
