Pancakes with Gazelli Skincare founder Jamila Askarova

In celebration of Pancake Day on 4th March, Gazelli Skincare invited me to an evening of champagne, pancakes and scrumptious cakes in Chelsea. It was the perfect way to round off a day of work through an informal meeting which promised relaxation and an opportunity to network. It was also an opportunity to get to know the brand’s founder, Jamila Askarova who joined the family business over 10 years ago and has played a key role in building up Gazelli Skincare. Working with her mother Dr. Hamzayeva, who extremely knowledgeable in the field of genetics and created one of its key products – the Gazelli White Oil. Then the duo worked together to create Gazelli Triple Youth, described as “an innovative, premium skincare range with performance-led retail products and professional treatments at its heart”. Jamila and I spoke at length about her vision for Gazelli, and she wants focus on the brand being more about your lifestyle rather than just products, and emphasised the need for fulfilling experiences. That to me would make great sense as it is the daily stresses of life that greatly contributes towards premature aging. Gazelli has big plans for the years ahead, and is looking to reinvent the world of anti-ageing skincare.
