Knitted high heels by Fred Butler and Rosy Nicholas

It’s not every day you come across knitted shoes, particularly ones that are quite this remarkable. Almost certainly made for women who want statement pieces or desire something a little quirky. I rushed over to take a few glances (more like a few hundred glances) at these when I spotted them yesterday at the autumn and winter 2012 Press Day. The shoes were designed by Fred Butler and Rosy Nicholas. By the way, it should be noted that Fred is a woman, not a man. Like me, she loves her colours but perhaps a lot more wildly than I do!

So ladies, would you wear these? I think they look quite brilliant. Wear these with a chunky knitwear jumper and skirt later in the year around autumn, and trust me you will look pretty damn good.
