Here are some more photos I took from the Japanese event in London. It’s the follow-up to the blog post I posted yesterday. I was quite impressed by how well the women had put together their outfits, and am quite curious to find out how long it takes them to get ready! Hours I bet! I wonder if they wear them regularly as part of their lifestyle?
Look at the little ship on her head! Brilliant.
Scarlett Young (below) was the WINNER of this year’s Kawaii Star of the Year contest, securing most of the votes. When announced as the winner on stage, she broke down in tears. I am so happy for the girl – she was really super sweet when I spoke and congratulated her. Lovely warm, with a very likeable personality. Amongst the many gifts she got is a fully paid trip to Tokyo! How lucky but fully deserved! Here she is posing for me. :]
This may not have a variety of colours like the other outfits but I love her style. Love the lacy top, the ribbons, pearl necklace, stripey tights and the hair accessories. She looks radiant in black!

Some boys in costumes checking out the gaming section!
What do you think of the outfits? Would you wear one? I really cannot wait to go next year!
